What Sets Us Apart
Alex started training private clients in 2014 at Body+Mind in Manhattan. He was mentored by renowned corrective exercise specialist Sulyn Silbar, working with people recovering from injuries, surgeries, and traumas. Soon Alex was using his advanced training to help clients get in the best shape of their life. A graduate of the Swedish Institute massage program, Alex’s understanding of anatomy and physiology is in-depth. He brings twenty years’ experience in the gym to each session, and believes focusing on proper form and a balanced routine leads to the quickest and greatest results.
